At RealG, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if:


  • The item is unused

  • The item is in original condition

  • The item is in original packaging

  • No installation damage has occurred

Items that have been installed, modified, scratched, or damaged during installation are not eligible for return.

2. Returns Without Product Defect (Change of Mind)

If you wish to return an item without any defect or error from our side:


  • The return is accepted at our discretion

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • A restocking & logistics fee applies

👉 Refund amount in these cases is typically 70–80% of the item price, depending on handling, processing, and shipping costs.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

If tracking shows delivered but not received, customers must contact the carrier first. We assist but are not liable for theft after delivery confirmation.

6. Customs & Import Fees

Buyers are responsible for any import taxes, customs fees, or local duties.
